Delivering Dynamic Training from Conversation to Classroom

There are various cases for training and how it benefits productivity and the bottom line. Building blocks are provided steps on how to rid participants of the fear of learning by learning how to embrace the journey form the unknown to the known on a daily basis.

Training should be an event that adults proactively seek out by understanding how it can increase their knowledge, stimulate and challenge ideas and improve their work and maybe even their personal lives. Once we learn how to embrace learning, it’s time to design and deliver dynamic training. This presentation will provide multiple techniques, tools and strategies for delivering dynamic training programs from conversations to classrooms.

Learning Objectives:

1) Participants will understand how to overcome the fear of learning and develop a mindset that embraces training delivery from conversation to classroom.

2) Participants will understand multiple training modalities and how to deliver training in each modality including daily conversations, meetings, corporate committees, multimedia and classroom.
