As part of consistently improving performance whether it be personal or professional, the ideas presented here is for us to use criticism to our advantage. Criticism can be a good or bad thing. It all depends on the criticism and the ability of the individual to receive it. Oftentimes criticism is an uncomfortable pill to swallow, however, there are many benefits to criticism. In this presentation we will cover 15 invaluable reasons why we should embrace criticism. The fact is criticism can be a very valuable tool if we are willing to grow from it. We will learn how to refocus our mind/attention on the opportunity that is presented as we receive critical feedback in the form of criticism.
