Facie Chiwanza

Facie Chiwanza (she/her) is head of client services for the Nova Collective. For more than 14 years, Facie has been sharing her story with clients and contributing to cultural transformations. Having lived and worked in the US, Toronto, Dubai, and Zimbabwe, she brings a global perspective to Nova’s work and client relationships.

Brynne Hovde

Brynne Hovde (she/her) is a founding partner with the Nova Collective and oversees operations. Brynne works across a variety of spaces to support equity and justice initiatives. She is co-founder and board member of Race Conscious Dialogues, an organizing founder of Represent Oak Park, and a staunch supporter of mutual aid, community-building, and reparations work locally and nationally.
